Sadly, many of these births happen without proper medical support leading to high rates of maternal and infant mortality. But change is possible. And it’s already happening at Klinik Bali Sehat, a trusted medical clinic in Amed.

We believe that no woman should risk her life just to give birth. That’s why we started our Free Maternal Care Program, offering prenatal care and safe delivery services at no cost directly serving women in our community through our maternity clinic in Amed.

Why Prenatal Care Saves Lives

Pregnancy complications like anemia, high blood pressure, or infections can be deadly if left untreated. Regular checkups allow early detection and treatment. At Klinik Bali Sehat, mothers receive:

This service is available at our child health clinic in Amed, where we also monitor the growth and wellbeing of infants and children after birth.

Now, our 24 hour clinic in Amed is ready to support expecting mothers anytime, day or night. We provide:
